This Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, use, and disclose your data when you use our website https://frankli.in ("Website") and/or the Frankli mobile application ("App"). The Website and App are collectively referred to as the "Platform". References to "we", "our", "us", or the "Company" refer to COLAB SERVICES, a proprietorship business owned and operated by Bajrang Singh Shekhawat, having its principal place of business at Plot No. 23 Sudhamapuri 1st, Behind Jodla Power House, Sikar Road, Harmada, Near Bharat Petroleum Petrol Pump, Jaipur, Rajasthan – 302013, India. Any references to "you", "your", or "user" refer to any person or entity using our Platform. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy forms a part of and must be read together with the Frankli Terms of Use ("Terms"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. You also consent to our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your Personal Information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms used in this Privacy Policy but not defined here shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Terms of Use. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the Platform.
The information we collect and how we use it

Disclosure of Your Information
Content Visible to Others: Public content, such as any post, comment, or content you publish on your user profile or on another user's profile on the Frankli Platform, is accessible to everyone, including search engines. Any information you voluntarily disclose for posting on the Platform, including details on your profile page, may be viewed by anyone. When you submit, post, or share content publicly on the Frankli Platform, it may be re-shared by other users. You should carefully consider who you choose to share content with. Colab Services reserves the right to share publicly available content from the Frankli Platform on social media or other online or offline platforms. Colab Services will not rent or sell your personal information to third parties except in anonymized form or as otherwise permitted under the Terms.
Sharing with Our Group of Companies: Colab Services may share your personal information with any member of its group of companies (entities controlled by or under common control with Colab Services).
What You Share with Others: When you share content or communicate using the Frankli Platform, you choose the audience for what you share. Colab Services does not control and is not responsible for how individuals with whom you choose to share content use or distribute that information.
Sharing with Third Parties: Colab Services may share your information, including personal information, with selected third parties such as business partners, suppliers, and subcontractors who assist in providing, understanding, and improving the Frankli Platform. Colab Services may also share aggregated and non-identifiable information with advertisers and advertising networks. Additionally, information may be shared with government authorities or law enforcement agencies if there is a good-faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect rights, property, or safety, or to detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues.
Business Transfers and Legal Requirements: If Colab Services or substantially all of its assets are acquired by another entity, personal data held by the company may be transferred as part of the assets. If a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, reorganization, or sale of assets occurs and your information is transferred or becomes subject to a different privacy policy, you will be notified in advance. Information may also be disclosed when necessary to enforce or apply the Terms of Use or other agreements.
Security Practices: Colab Services implements appropriate technical and security measures to protect the information collected through the Frankli Platform. If you are provided with, or choose, a username and password that allows access to the Platform, you are responsible for keeping these credentials confidential.
Where We Store Your Personal Information: Your personal data is stored using Google Cloud Platform services provided by Google LLC. The data is stored on servers located in India. We may also use AWS (Amazon Web Services) if need be.
Changes to this Policy
Colab Services may periodically update this Privacy Policy. Whenever any changes are made that are important for users to know, the updated Privacy Policy will be posted on the Platform at the same link. It is your responsibility to review this page from time to time to stay informed about any changes.
Disclaimer
The transmission of information over the internet is not completely secure. Although Colab Services will make reasonable efforts to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any data transmitted to the Frankli Platform, and any transmission is done at your own risk. Once your information is received, appropriate procedures and security measures will be used to help prevent unauthorized access.
Your Rights
You are free to remove or delete content from your user account or profile on the Frankli Platform at any time. You may also delete your account whenever you choose. However, records of your activities and account history on the Platform may still be retained by Colab Services in accordance with its data retention policies.
You may review, correct, amend, add, or delete personal information from your account at any time by logging into your account and visiting your profile page on Frankli. You may also opt out of unwanted email communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in such messages.
In accordance with Section 5(6) of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, you have the right to request that Colab Services review, correct, or amend the information collected about you at any time. Under Section 5(7) of the same Rules, you also have the right to revoke your consent to the collection of your information going forward. Please note that revoking such consent may negatively affect your ability to use certain features of the Frankli Platform.
You may also request that Colab Services stop processing your personal data for marketing purposes. You can exercise any of these rights at any time by contacting us at support@frankli.in. Colab Services may require a reasonable period of up to 30 (thirty) days to process such requests. Additionally, if you wish to delete your account and remove your data from the Platform, you can do so by going to the settings section of the Frankli App and selecting the "Delete Account" option. Data Retention
Colab Services does not retain your Sensitive Personal Information for longer than required for the purposes for which such information may lawfully be used. User content may be retained for the performance of contracts with third parties, business purposes of the Platform, provision of services offered through Frankli, and compliance with applicable laws. For other types of content, requests for deletion may be considered upon request. You may also choose to delete your account. Accounts may also be automatically deleted after a period of inactivity. However, copies of public content may remain stored in the system, including in cached or archived pages, or where other users have copied or saved that information.
Third Party Links
The Frankli Platform may contain links to websites or applications operated by partner networks, advertisers, affiliates, or other third parties. If you follow a link to any of these websites or applications, please note that they have their own privacy policies and Colab Services does not accept responsibility or liability for their policies. You should review their privacy policies before submitting any personal data to such websites or applications.
Third-Party Embeds
Some content displayed on the Frankli Platform may not be hosted directly by the Platform. These embedded contents are provided by third parties (e.g. YouTube, Vimeo, Imgur, Giphy, SoundCloud, Twitter, Scribd). When such content is loaded, data may be transmitted to the third-party service. Colab Services does not control what data these third parties collect or how they use that information. Third-party embedded content is not governed by this Privacy Policy and is instead subject to the privacy policies of the respective third-party services.
If you choose to submit your information to a third party through embedded forms on the Platform, Colab Services does not control or know how that third party may use your information. You should be cautious when encountering embedded forms that request your email address or any other personal information.
If you create or embed a form on the Frankli Platform that collects personal information from users, you must provide a clear and prominent link near the form to a privacy policy explaining how the collected information will be used.
Communications from Us
Colab Services may occasionally send you service-related announcements when necessary (e.g. temporary suspension for maintenance, security, privacy, or administrative matters). Such communications may be sent via SMS or other necessary channels. These messages are not promotional in nature and are intended only to protect your account and inform you about important updates. As these are essential communications, you may not opt out of receiving them.
Grievance Officer
Frankli has appointed a Grievance Officer to address concerns related to data safety, privacy, and the use of the Platform. Colab Services will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues raised by users within 15 (fifteen) days of receiving a complaint.
